Tour Operators Association. Jerusalem from Amman is a regional sightseeing
brand for Hajjat Tours.
Booking and Paying for Your
Arrangements
Booking
·
A booking is made with us when you pay
us a deposit (or full payment if you are booking within 60 days of departure)
and we issue you with a booking confirmation. We reserve the right to return
your deposit and decline to issue a booking confirmation at our absolute
discretion. A binding contract will come into existence between you and us as
soon as we have issued you with a booking confirmation that will confirm the
details of your booking and will be sent to you.

Upon receipt, if you believe that any
details on the booking confirmation or any other document are wrong you must
advise us immediately as changes cannot be made later and it may harm your
rights if we are not notified of any inaccuracies in any document within ten
days of our sending it out.

The balance of the cost of your
arrangements (including any applicable surcharge) is due not less than 60 days
prior to scheduled departure- unless otherwise stated. If we do not receive
this balance in full and on time, we reserve the right to treat your booking as
cancelled by you in which case the cancellation charges set out in the
Cancelation policy, will become payable.

Payment Method

Bank transfer
Payment is done via bank transfer: a bank transfer fee of USD 30.00 will be
added to the tour cost.
2-
PayPal
Payment through PayPal which can be paid
through credit card/ debit card or by other PayPal account to our PayPal
account- 4% should be added to total tour fee.
Rates:
Travel and Medical Insurance:

Medical
and Travel Insurance are not included in our tours. We highly recommend all our
customers to get travel and medical insurance prior to travel. Jerusalem from
Amman will not be held responsible for any
injury, loss, damage, accidents, or delays which may occur.
Refunds:
The customer is not entitled to claim a refund unless it
is in accordance with our cancellation policy or under certain special
circumstances which have been approved by the company management. Please note
that if you cancel your trip and qualify for a refund, as per the cancellation
policy, we will process the refund within one week of the agreement to the
refund. The money will normally be refunded by the same method the payment was
made unless mutually agreed by both parties to transfer the refund by a different
method.
Canceling a booking with Jerusalem from Amman can result
in cancellation fees as outlined below.

If you cancel at least 72 hours in advance, there is no
cancelation fee.

If you cancel 24 hours in advance, there is 50% cancelation
fee.
·
Cancelation on the day of the transfer- No refund.
·
No Show- No Refund
Refusal of entry
at the border:
Jerusalem from Amman acts as a tour company and we have no control
over the procedures by the border authority, however, we can’t guarantee your
entry at the border if the authority denied it for any reason.
Please note if your entry is denied by the border
authority for any reason, cancelation terms will be applicable.
